Cooking Tips:

1. Boil noodles in 500ml of water for 3-4 mins. If over-boiled Noodles can become sticky.

2. Drain water and keep aside.

3. In a pan add oil, ginger garlic paste, desired vegetables and/or egg/chicken.

4. Stir fry on medium flame.

5. Add boiled noodles, add sauces of your choice, salt/pepper (as per taste).

6. Serve hot.

Enjoy as Hakka Noodle or in Asian Salad, Soup, Pasta, Broth Or Ramen
