Cooking Tips:

1. Mix 1 cup of the dosa mix with 1 cups curd and 1 cup of water to form a smooth batter.

2. Let it stand for 3 to 5 minutes. Meanwhile, heat the non-stick pan on medium flame.

3. Spread ghee or oil on the heated pan and spread sufficient batter. Cook till golden brown on both sides.
