• The pancakes are packed with the goodness of super grains jowar, foxtail millet and oats which are a powerhouse of protein and fibre.

Cooking Tips:

1. Mix 1/2 packet of pancake mix, 1/2 cup of milk into a smooth batter. You can also add 2 tbsp of melted butter

2. Ware a flat non -stick pan to medium heat. Add butter to the pan. Pour the batter onto the heated pan and cook well on both sides. The goodness of Super-grains means it doesn’t cook as fast as refined flour.

3. Serve hot

4. Serve the pancakes with a dollop of butter and honey, fresh fruit (we like mango, banana and strawberry) a few nuts, peanut butter or apple puree.
